The Board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘CySEC’) would like to inform the public that, at the meeting held on July 2, 2018, decided to impose an administrative fine of €50.000 to LQD Markets Ltd for non-compliance with section 44(1) of The Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007, as was in force, in relations to the maintenance of its records.
