The compnay has been satisfied that complied with section 28(1) of the Law as regards the authorisation and operating conditon of section 18(2)(j) of the Law (Protection of clients' funds) with section 67 of the Law (Own funds) and with article 92(1) of the European Regulation No 575/2013 (Capital adeqaucy ratio).
